Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Printer iOS application (the "App"), provided by Paddyview Foundry ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store terms. If these Terms conflict with Apple's terms, Apple's terms apply to the extent of the conflict.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.

3. Printing and Printers

The App prints through Apple's AirPrint to printers that you choose and control. How a print looks depends on your printer, its settings, paper, ink or toner, and its own software. Some file types, fonts, or layouts may not convert or print exactly as they appear in the app that created them. Please check the preview before printing, especially for long or important documents. We are not responsible for wasted paper, ink, or labels, or for problems caused by your printer.

4. Labels, Prices and Barcodes

You are responsible for the information you put on labels, including product names, prices, barcodes and QR codes, and for making sure it is accurate and meets any laws or rules that apply to you, such as pricing or product-labelling requirements. Before printing a full sheet, we recommend printing a test page on plain paper and checking that labels line up and that codes scan correctly with your equipment.

Label sizes are named after common label products for convenience. Avery and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. Printer is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them.

5. Your Content

You keep all rights to the documents, photos and scans you use with the App. The App processes them on your device, and we do not receive or claim any rights to them. You are responsible for your content and for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to copy and print it.

6. Print History

Print History is provided for your convenience and is stored only on your device. It may be lost if you delete the App, reset your device, or clear your history, and the App keeps only the most recent prints. Please keep your own copies of important documents.

7. Subscriptions and Free Trials

You can open, preview and edit anything for free. Printing requires a Printer Pro subscription, offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Prices and available plans are shown in the App before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• If a plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged at the end of the trial. Each Apple Account can use a free trial only once.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings app under your Apple Account > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

You can restore previous purchases on your devices using "Restore Purchases" in the App. Subscriptions bought in earlier versions of the App continue to unlock Printer Pro.

8. Paddyview Foundry Bundle

A Printer Pro subscription also unlocks the premium features of our other apps listed in the App as part of the Paddyview Foundry bundle, and a qualifying purchase in one of those apps unlocks Printer Pro. Bundle access follows the status of the purchase that granted it: if a subscription ends, access ends in every bundled app. We may add or remove apps from the bundle, and features of each app may change over time.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to copy or print content that you do not have the right to reproduce, or to create counterfeit, misleading, or unlawful labels, documents, or codes
• Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law
• Attempt to bypass purchase verification or access paid features without a valid purchase
• Use the App in any way that breaks the law

10. Intellectual Property

The App's design, text, and code, including the Printer name and logo, are owned by Paddyview Foundry and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every file will convert correctly, or that prints and labels will come out a particular way on any printer.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paddyview Foundry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, content, or materials, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.

13. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and, where state law applies, the laws of the state in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.
